Grooming and Boarding

Dear Clients,

It has come to our attention that some of you are still not aware that we groom and board pets. Let us know if you need these services. We take really good care of them and grooming keeps them healthy. Bathing and brushing are also available at an affordable price for pets that do not need trimming. Since we are a full-service hospital, even dogs and cats that need tranquilization can be safely monitored by the doctor. We have successfully made life better
ribbon_med for pets that have been refused by regular groomers. These pets were called "uncooperative", among other terms. Well, they still deserve the best care. And we love them all the same.

Click on the DISCOUNT tab on our website: www. eastplanovet.com, to qualify for 20% off if your pet has never been groomed or boarded before. As always, your satisfaction and your pet's well-being are important to us, so please tell us what you think about our services' quality after your visit. We always aim to meet your expectations.

E-mail alerts:
Please be advised that all clients qualify to sign up for my e-mail reminders. I will not send spam. I only send messages every 1 or 2 months, except during emergencies such as the recent food recall (Diamond Feeds and Nutro). Please click on "contact us" above if you want us to input your e-mail address into your hospital account.   That will enable us to send you alerts, updates and news.  You should also receive instructions on how to set up your PET PORTAL.  That will give you access to your pet's medical info and health care library 24/7.  If you have given us your e-mail address and you have not been getting any messages, please let us know.

This is the only viable way to reach the most number of clients during a crisis situation. Drugs and even your favorite brand of food can get recalled anytime. New breakthroughs may be able to help your pets. Plus, some companies who make items that yoou already use usually give out discounts from time to time. I hope these are incentives enough for you.

Other topics include:
-- Getting ready for winter.
-- Arthritis flare-ups due to cold weather.
-- Holiday tips to keep your pets safe and happy.

I have made it my duty to keep my eyes and ears open to anything that might benefit all of us pet lovers. I only need an effective way to spread the word. Please sign up today!

Arthritis Relief
Of the seven dogs that have received our integrated arthritis relief program, five have experienced amazing results. Almost one year later most patients are sill enjoying total pain alleviation.

I, Dr. Carbonell, have accumulated certain data from my own experiences over the last three years; proving the efficiency of this method. There is no magic bullet. Painkillers alone are no longer the ideal means of control. While there is no single effective treatment, we offer a smart combination of diet, lifestyle adjustment, safe dog analgesic and a series of injections (not steroids).

Remember that our pets cannot tell us if they are suffering. What if there were an alternative that could be pursued to make life easier and more comfortable for our pets? Call me today. It will take just a few minutes of your time for me to introduce you to longer lasting joint care that goes beyond pain relief.

Of course nothing is guaranteed. My experience tells me that failures result from incomplete series of treatments due to financial or emotional constraints. Or some pets just have severely disintegrated joints needing surgery. The numbers don’t lie. This program is nothing new, but our staff’s enthusiasm is growing with each patient helped.
