Grooming and Boarding: Dear Clients, It has come to our attention that some of you are still not aware that we groom and board pets. Let us know if you need these services. We take really good care of them and grooming keeps them healthy. Bathing and brushing are also available at an affordable price for pets that do not need trimming. Since we are a full-service hospital, even dogs and cats that need tranquilization can be safely monitored by the doctor. for pets that have been refused by regular groomers. These pets were called "uncooperative", among other terms. Well, they still deserve the best care. And we love them all the same.
Congratulations to our very own Marjan Sameri for making it into the nursing school program at Collin College. The selection process was very competitive and stressful but we were not surprised when she prevailed. She has always been "excellent" at everything she does, including patient care. She will be staying on with us as she pursue her dream of helping the needy. Way to go!

We welcome clients from Wylie and Murphy as we transition your pets into their new home here at "East". To our current East Plano clients: you might hear us answer the phone with "Thank you for calling East Plano Animal Hospital and Westgate." Please be assured that there are no major changes in the way we function. Things have been generally better because we added 1000 square feet of space for boarding and grooming. Two extra exam rooms in addition to the 3 we have will great reduce wait times and improve pet comfort and privacy.

Congratulations to Dr. Scott Sabelhaus ! He worked with us for 8 years: through high school and then UTD. He recently finished vet school and will surely be an asset to the profession. We thank him and his family for being loyal clients and sending referrals for more than a decade.

| Of the seven dogs that have received our integrated arthritis relief program, five have experienced amazing results. Almost one year later most patients are sill enjoying total pain alleviation.
I, Dr. Carbonell, have accumulated certain data from my own experiences over the last three years; proving the efficiency of this method. There is no magic bullet. Painkillers alone are no longer the ideal means of control.
